Le petit gite

Located on the garden side of the property, the small cottage (35m²), ideal for 2 people, has a beautiful terrace with a view of the Cap Gris Nez lighthouse and the sea. It has a fitted kitchen, with fridge, freezer , dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, Senseo coffee maker and all the necessary equipment to enjoy a long stay.

It has a bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200cm), a shower room and separate WC.

A sofa bed in the living room can accommodate a 3rd adult, or 2 children. A supplement of €25 is to be expected per night and per person.

The accommodation has TV and free wifi access.

CAR PARK
Parking is free, located on the courtyard side, closed with an electric gate. (for standard size vehicle)

HOUSEHOLD CHORES

End of stay cleaning is included in the rental price.However, we ask that you empty the bins before your departure, do and put away the dishes and empty the dishwasher. Bath towels are provided and the beds will be made upon your arrival.

BREAKFASTS NOT PROVIDED EVEN ON REQUEST

NO breakfasts, a bakery is located 100 meters from the cottage.

OTHER REMARKS Possibility of adding an extra bed on request with supplement.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES :

The Petit gîte is available from 5:00 p.m. and must be vacated by 10:30 a.m. If you don't want to have any time constraints, I suggest you put the keys on the inside lock of your bedroom door. THE DOMESTIC ANIMALS:

A supplement of 10€ (per night per animal) will be requested on site.We specify that we do not have a credit card device. Your pet should not climb on the bed, should not be left alone in the accommodation. He must be leashed in the property, necessities must be picked up automatically. Please let me know if you are accompanied by your pet.
